Opening a Support Ticket

Support tickets keep all messages, files and updates for a request in one place.

Open a ticket

  1. Log in to ttportal.
  2. Open Tickets.
  3. Choose New Ticket.
  4. Select the most relevant department or category.
  5. Include the service, domain, invoice or error message involved.

What to include

  • The affected domain or service name.
  • The exact error message.
  • What you were trying to do.
  • When the issue started.
  • Screenshots if they help explain the issue.

Do not include passwords, full card numbers or private keys in a ticket.
