Opening a Support Ticket
Support tickets keep all messages, files and updates for a request in one place.
Open a ticket
- Log in to ttportal.
- Open Tickets.
- Choose New Ticket.
- Select the most relevant department or category.
- Include the service, domain, invoice or error message involved.
What to include
- The affected domain or service name.
- The exact error message.
- What you were trying to do.
- When the issue started.
- Screenshots if they help explain the issue.
Do not include passwords, full card numbers or private keys in a ticket.
