How Client Access Permissions Work

A Tech Temple account can have more than one user. Access permissions control what each user can see and do in ttportal.

Why permissions matter

A billing contact may need invoices and payment methods. A developer may only need services, domains or support tickets. Giving each person the right level of access reduces mistakes and protects account information.

Common access areas

• Billing and invoices.
• Services and hosting.
• Domains and DNS.
• Support tickets.
• Account administration.

If a user cannot see something

Ask an account owner or administrator to review that user's access. If the permissions look correct but the user still cannot see the record, open a support ticket.
