How to Access Webmail

Updated 23 June 20260 views2 min read

Webmail lets you read and send email from any web browser, without setting anything up on your computer or phone. Your hosting uses Roundcube webmail, and this guide shows you how to reach it and log in.

Before you start

You'll need your full email address and its password, the ones set when the mailbox was created. If you don't have the password handy, you can reset it from your control panel.

Step 1 — Open webmail in your browser

There are two easy ways to reach your webmail:

  1. By web address: open your browser and go to https://mail.yourdomain (replace "yourdomain" with your own domain, for example https://mail.yourbusiness.com.au).
  2. From your control panel: go to Websites then select your website, open the Emails tab, then use the login button on the row for your mailbox.

Either option opens the Roundcube webmail login screen.

Step 2 — Log in

  1. In the Username field, enter your full email address (for example, you@yourbusiness.com.au). Just the part before the @ won't work, so be sure to include the whole address.
  2. In the Password field, enter your mailbox password.
  3. Select the login button.

Step 3 — Read and send your email

Once you're in, you'll see your inbox.

  1. Select any message to read it.
  2. To write a new email, look for the Compose option.
  3. When you're finished, use the logout option to sign out, especially on a shared or public computer.

Next steps

Webmail is great for checking email on the go, but you may prefer to use a mail app on your computer and phone for everyday use. If you can't log in or you've forgotten your password, open a support ticket from your account and we'll help you get back in.
