I Cannot See My Service, Domain or Invoice

If something is missing from ttportal, it is usually caused by using the wrong login, limited permissions, or the record being attached to a different client account.

Check first

  • Confirm you are logged in with the correct email address.
  • Check whether your company has multiple ttportal accounts.
  • Ask the account owner whether your user has permission to view that section.
  • Search using the exact domain name, invoice number or service name.

Open a support ticket and include the missing item details. For invoices, include the invoice number if you have it. For domains or services, include the domain name.
