Changing Your Hosting Package

You can request or perform package changes from your service page when package changes are available for that service.

Before changing package

Check whether you need more storage, more traffic capacity, more CPU/RAM resources, or a different hosting type. If you are unsure, contact support first.

How to start

1. Open Services in ttportal.
2. Select the hosting service.
3. Look for the upgrade, change package or service action option.
4. Review any pricing or renewal changes before confirming.

Billing notes

Some package changes may create a pro-rata charge or credit. The invoice or quote shown in ttportal is the source of truth for what will be charged.
