Setting Up Automatic Card Payments

Automatic card payments can help keep services active by paying eligible invoices when they are due.

How to add or update a card

  1. Log in to ttportal.
  2. Open Profile or Payment Methods.
  3. Add a new card or update the existing card.
  4. Confirm the card is saved successfully.

Failed payment attempts

If a card payment fails, ttportal may stop retrying after repeated failures to avoid unnecessary charges. Update the payment method and pay the invoice manually if needed.

Security

Card details are handled by the payment provider. Tech Temple does not need your full card number in a ticket and will never ask you to post it in plain text.
